Speaking

Bring Faith and Emotional Health Into the Same Honest Conversation

I sit with women in the deep end of real life and point them back to the Living Water.

From a young age, I’ve always loved words and stories, but I didn’t set out to become a speaker. Speaking grew out of walking through some of the hardest seasons of my own life, sitting with clients in their pain, and watching how God meets people in real moments, not just in theory.

Why You Rarely Hear Both at Once

As I spent more time in the therapy world, I realized that not many therapists were integrating spirituality and mental health in public spaces as intentionally as I felt called to do. That gap is part of what pulled me toward speaking:

I wanted women to hear about emotional health, marriage, motherhood, and faith all in the same honest conversation.

What Your Audience Takes Home After a Talk

Over time, doors started opening for me to share those stories and tools with women’s ministries, mom groups, and professional communities who needed practical hope. Some of the most meaningful feedback I receive after a talk is that people feel seen and safe to tell the truth about where they are with God and with each other.

Women tell me they went home and had real conversations with their spouses, reached out for counseling, or finally laid down guilt they had been carrying for years. Those moments remind me why speaking matters: it multiplies the work I do in the therapy room and brings it to whole rooms of people at once.

Give Your Audience Practical Hope They Can Use Right Away

My speaking style is warm, conversational, and grounded in Scripture, with a focus on real-life application. I love weaving together personal stories, biblical truth, and practical tools that women can use right away.
